Help with the selection of a provider for GRE

Hi!
Please help me select a provider for tunneling from Russia, it is important that there is a 1Gb/s port.
I would appreciate it, for example, I am ready to test Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia.

Ask providers to confirm that IP protocol 47 is allowed; GRE is not TCP or UDP port 47.
Then test the tunnel itself from your Russian endpoint, including MTU and sustained throughput. A 1Gbps port or a good speed test from another country won't establish how that route performs for your connection.
GRE is blocked in Russia at the moment.
