    Also they both offer build your own VPS with a builder in WHMCS with the same layout and same option limits.

    So this along with all the evidence mentioned already in the thread... I think you own more than just that.

    Do you give me consent to test it? May I stress test it to see if it can handle simulated attacks? I would not want to test it without authorization due to legal risks.

    You'll want consent from X4B and Cloudflare too then, because that's what he uses and that's who you'd be hitting.
