I'm looking for a cheap VPS located in Estonia, mainly for use as a personal VPN.
My requirements:
Location: Estonia
2 vCPU
2 GB RAM
At least 20 GB SSD/NVMe
At least 3 TB monthly traffic, preferably more
Good and stable network connectivity
Stable uptime is more important than maximum CPU performance
IPv4 required
KVM preferred
I would prefer an annual contract/payment, but I'm also open to 2–3 year deals if the price is good and the provider has a solid reputation.
Budget is flexible, but I'm specifically looking for a good low-cost / LowEnd deal.

don't go with @hostslim they have .EE but its trash
Don't buy from v4vm.com. They claim to offer 10 Gbps, but the real speed is only about 50/10 Mbps.
