  Stay away from Hosthatch.com; their servers are sluggish. I bought two VPS instances there, but I can't get a response from their support team—they might have shut down.

  That's not my experience. I had multiple @hosthatch servers in multiple regions and still have one in HongKong and always had a good experience.

  Also disagree. Running multiple servers with them, very happy. Support is limited on promo servers, this is known.

  I have ordered a VPS but VPS not provisioned for more than 5 hours, so i decided to cancel the service. Requested the refund.
