Looking for Budget VPS Providers – Hong Kong, Singapore, Amsterdam & London

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for reliable VPS providers for a small VPS hosting/reselling business. I’m interested in the following locations:

  • Hong Kong
  • Singapore
  • Amsterdam
  • London

Ideally, I’d like a provider that can offer these locations under one account, but I’m also open to providers offering just one or a few of them.

Required Plans

Plan 1 – Budget: Under $6/month

  • 1 vCore (AMD Ryzen / EPYC CPU, 3.0 GHz+ preferred)
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 35 GB NVMe storage
  • 1 Gbps port speed
  • 2 TB monthly bandwidth
  • 1 dedicated IPv4 address
  • Windows Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025 Evaluation image availability

Plan 2 – Budget: Under $12/month

  • 2 vCore (AMD Ryzen / EPYC CPU, 3.0 GHz+ preferred)
  • 4 GB RAM
  • 50 GB NVMe storage
  • 1 Gbps port speed
  • 4 TB monthly bandwidth
  • 1 dedicated IPv4 address
  • Windows Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025 Evaluation image availability

Budgets are per VPS, per month. Please mention if taxes or setup fees are extra.

A Few Questions

  1. Which of the listed locations can you provide?
  2. Are the above configurations and prices available, or can you suggest the closest matching plans within budget?
  3. Is VPS reselling permitted under your terms?
  4. Are Windows Server Evaluation images available for installation? Please clarify if any licensing or activation steps are required from our side.
  5. What are your CPU fair-use limits, and do you allow MT4/MT5 terminals and trading Expert Advisors (EAs)?
  6. Do you offer an API, reseller pricing, or volume discounts?
  7. What are your uptime targets, support hours, and backup options?

I’m looking to start with a small number of VPS instances for testing, with the possibility of ordering more if the service meets our requirements.
