[WTB] Mid-tier HK VPS — 2-4C / 4-8GB / 60GB+ SSD — $30-90/yr or $5-10/mo

Hi LET,

Looking for a reliable VPS for a small but real production workload. Upgrading from a 2C2G box that's starting to feel tight.

What I need:

Budget: $40-80/year, or $5-10/month. Willing to go slightly higher for HK with good routing and clean IPs.

What I'm running:
- Django (gunicorn, 2-3 workers) + PostgreSQL + Redis + Node.js (Next.js) — all Dockerized
- A lightweight monitoring service that polls API endpoints every few minutes
- Actual memory footprint is ~1.2 GB for the whole stack, so 4 GB minimum gives me headroom for growth
- Disk is the long-term constraint, not CPU or RAM

What I care about:
1. Renewal price stays the same — no "first year cheap, renewal doubles" games
2. Clean IP — not pre-burned on spam lists or blocked by China
3. Decent HK routing — direct to mainland is nice but not strictly required
4. PayPal accepted
5. No expired/dissolved company accounts — personal verification is fine

Not interested in:
- Oversold budget hosts with 500GB "unlimited" traffic and 1Gbps claims that are unusable in practice
- Annual-only payment with no monthly option (I want to test stability first)
- US/EU locations — latency to Asia is the point
