    I guess they were trying to install new whmcs update but didn't turn on maintenance mode, and you were browsing them at same time.

    It's not a result of this. It was just due to an update with our own code in custom modules and hooks that was improperly pushed - it has been resolved and we've implemented measures to ensure it doesn't happen again.

    The install screen was not actually an installation form, it was just a placeholder screen due to some files being missing (from the improper push).
