LF unmetered bandwidth PAYG object storage... ideally no minimum commitment and must have no cap on bandwidth usage, can anyone give offers? Can expect 20x+ bandwidth consumed/storage used

If you think $15/TB/mo PAYG is standard for unmetered bandwidth you must be very, very wealthy 😉

Probably the best you'll ever see for 20x full downloads every month. Even Hetzner charges $1/TB which is $20/TB stored at your ratio.
Or pick OneProvideAir, where you book a ticket to Berlin and somehow end up in Somaliland
I think your best bet is ovhcloud object storage. They seem to offer unlimited egress and payg (€0.00000972 per GiB/hour) for standart. 1tb comes to around €7/month. But you are limited to 1gbps per connection.
depending on how many TB you have. If you have a few TB or less, find a storage VPS. If you have a few to 10/20TB, s3 storage $7-$15/TB is good enough. If you dont have to hide the storage source, it'd really easy. If it's 20TB+, setup a storage bare metal, around $3/tb. You don't have to worry about the bw for these setups.
