Hourly billing in Flux: VPS, dedicated and auction servers, deployed in seconds

We're excited to announce hourly billed servers, now available in Flux. On top of virtual servers, we have added support for bare metal dedicated and auction servers to be deployed hourly too.

Deploy in seconds, pay by the hour
Spin up a server straight from Flux and only pay for the time it's actually deployed. No commitments, no minimum terms. Terminate it when you're done, and billing stops.

Scale on demand
Need ten servers for a few hours? Go for it. Spin up as many as you need, when you need them, and scale back down just as easily.

Full flexibility
Choose between OS, ISO or Rescue, configure your specs and deploy. Your server is ready within seconds.

Payment
Hourly servers are billed against your prepaid balance in Flux or your automated payment method (Card or PayPal).

API
The new deploy feature is available through our API, so you can programmatically deploy new servers.

A few other things we've shipped in Flux recently

Personal API keys with granular control
Create personal API keys and choose exactly what each key can do. Set a key to read only, or read and write, and pick which permissions it gets.

Granular access for users
Users now have the same granular control. Give each user read or read/write access and select which permissions they get.

Passkeys
Flux now supports passkeys. Add at least two passkeys and disable password login entirely for extra security.

Partner with subclients
Manage your own clients directly in Flux. Assign access with granular control to specific resources such as web hosting, domains and servers, give each subclient their own login, and bill them directly. Available for Norwegian businesses only, subject to approval.

This adjustment only affects our current lineups, KVM Performance and KVM Value. Legacy configurations and specials are not affected.

Use cases
Image generation, 3D rendering, video transcoding with NVENC/NVDEC, CAD workstations over RDP, and self-hosted LLM inference.

Why Turing?
It's a pilot, and the RTX 6000 keeps the price well below current-gen cards. For inference on small and medium models, rendering and transcoding, it's a very good price per GB of VRAM. 24 GB GDDR6 with ECC, 4 608 CUDA cores, 576 tensor cores, 72 RT cores.

Hourly billing
Deploy from Flux or the API, pay per hour, terminate when your job is done.

Pilot, limited slots
We only have a limited number of cards while we figure out how much demand there is. Pricing and specs may change along the way, and we'll give notice if they do.
