DeluxHost Z-4: repeated virtual disk stalls after rebuild, still unresolved after nearly a week

I have a DeluxHost Z-4 VPS that has been intermittently unusable for nearly a week. I have already tried rebuilding/reinstalling it and restarting it. It may come back for a while, but the same issue returns, so another simple reboot or reinstall is not a lasting fix.
This does not look like a normal network outage. During the latest failure on 25 September, SSH still connected, but disk-related operations were hanging. /proc/pressure/io showed some avg10=99.69% and full avg10=88.27%; a repeat check shortly afterward showed full avg10=90.33%. The jbd2/vda3-8 ext4 journal thread and a virtual-disk flush worker were stuck in uninterruptible D state. Even reading recent system logs did not finish within 10 seconds. The root filesystem was only 6% full. I saw similar severe I/O pressure on 24 September as well.
I have provided the diagnostics in support ticket #TMUF9IPP9FSYU (service Z-4 #20901). There have been exchanges with support, but I still do not have a root-cause explanation or a durable fix. I cannot see the host-side storage, so I am not claiming to know exactly which component is failing; I just need the VPS to remain usable.
@DeluxHost, could you please have someone check the hypervisor / virtual-disk backing storage for this service and tell me what you found? If the current host is the problem, please discuss moving the VPS to a healthy host. Please ask before doing anything that would erase its data.

You have to go to their dashboard, go to "advanced", open the VirtFusion panel from there, select "poweroff", then select "boot". That'll fix it.
Currently having same problem with my Z - 4. I also informed the issue to support and get back as "check now if still happening", checked and confirmed that it is still blocked for I/O operation. I think I will not able to use the service.
@DeluxHost any news about Z - 4 environment, we are even not able to use the service properly. Can you help?
