    Hello,

    I'm following up on Service #366734, which I ordered 4 days ago and which still has not been deployed. In that time I have received no update and no estimated completion time.

    This delay has already disrupted my plans, as I was counting on the server being ready shortly after purchase. The lack of communication makes it very hard for me to plan around it.
