  Hi, we operate physical bare-metal infrastructure in Lahore, Pakistan, within the APNIC region. We can discuss announcing your IPv4 /24 under your own ASN, subject to upstream approval. We're also working with our upstream on native IPv6 availability. Since you are building an email service, we would need to review your SMTP and network requirements before confirming a deployment. If Pakistan is an option alongside Singapore, we would be happy to discuss a long-term infrastructure arrangement.
