We’re back with another restock of some of our existing DeluxHost promotional VPS offers.
These are not new product lines or newly introduced offers — this thread is simply another limited restock of our Y, Z and X Series, together with our Storage VPS plans.
As with our previous promotional offers, these plans are primarily intended for testing, development, personal projects and normal non-critical workloads.
For important production environments, business-critical applications or irreplaceable data, we strongly recommend using appropriate redundancy, maintaining independent backups and choosing infrastructure according to the importance of the workload.

The current Fair Use Policy applies immediately to all new services and promotional offers purchased through this thread.
Our FUP does not introduce automatic hard traffic caps. Instead, it defines indicative monthly usage thresholds and the conditions under which intervention may be necessary to protect the stability and quality of the shared infrastructure.
Protected and unprotected networks have different indicative thresholds.

💬 SUPPORT & RESPONSE TIMES
We also want to be transparent about an area where we know we still need to improve.
Over the last months, we have received complaints regarding support response times, and the results of our recent customer satisfaction survey confirmed that support is currently the area where our customers would most like to see improvement.
We are fully aware of this.
Our technical support team is currently too small to handle every request as quickly as we would like, particularly during periods with a high number of tickets, network changes or infrastructure work.
We are actively working on expanding and improving the support department, but we also do not want to pretend that the problem has already been solved.
In the meantime, our team continues to work through every request and we will do our best, as always, to help everyone.

You might be able to find some in older posts, they aren't very fast at the moment, but they’ll soon receive updates or improvements, likely next week.
