I'm building out a worldwide VPN network (already working service, needs more servers) and I'm looking for cheap servers in basically any country you can offer.
Hardware doesn't matter much to me. I don't need fast CPUs or a lot of storage.
What I care about:
1 Gbps minimum
Lots of traffic or unmetered
2 GB RAM is enough
IPv4
Cheap monthly price
VPS, VDS, dedicated - all fine.
I'm interested in USA, Canada, Europe, Balkans, Baltics, Turkey, Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, India, Pakistan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Caribbean locations, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Cloudblast unlimited bandwidth is good, VPS's are not powerful but great deal for the bandwidth. I've pushed nearly half a petabyte of traffic in a month with no restrictions.
Only warning is to NOT purchase Netherlands VPS from Cloudblast, outdated hardware and slow network. I have servers on them in UK/SLC regions and am very happy
