  @AkileCloud has got Macau

  Also, check their marketplace, sometimes servers are cheaper there but I think you need to register first.

  exotic locations come with higher pricing. it’s normal. i did some research for nodes and searched for one in every country. one country came with 1 GB RAM for $1000+.

  dont expect more in such exotic locations, especially islands, this just the only one i found with looking glass

  In Monaco, you can get VPS from https://monaco-telecom.mc/ but you have to contact them and work out a deal. And I'm not sure if they work with foreign companies and almost certainly not foreign non-resident individuals.

  Malta has a few options like BMIT and Continent8 that may or may not do VPS, but their focus is on larger corporates (and igaming in particular). For a small business or private individual, I think Netshop-ISP is most popular mainstream option.

  For Macau, there's https://www.sinoservers.com/dedicated/macau.php And of course, MTel (https://www.mtel.mo/) is capable of it but you have to contact them.

  Africa is a big place...

  Whats the actual use case for this? if you want it just for geoip, get a VPN with fake
  locations like Proton/NordVPN/Surfshark.
  For anything else, a VPS in a developed country nearby will have better connectivity, stability and lower prices.
