Experience with Chunkserve – Over few Months
I have visiting LowEndTalk for long time, and brought many servers. But For the ChunkServe my experience very disappointing. I brought of their yearly deal server, Since then I facing issues. tickets never solved any issues.
Issues I am Facing:
1. Most of the time their Billing / Control Panel are down. Shows host error.
2. Their Sever management panel is not sync with server. for starting server, shutdown or any action often shows wrong thing. Even right now when I am writing, can't access it.
3. THE BIGGEST ISSUE - Their Server got automatic shutdown once or more within 24 hours. Had to manually turn on.
Other then that they got VNC Issue, which is never solved, Port Conflict issue etc. Anyone else using their service? what is your experience with Chunkserve?

have you tried reinstall the sever. it solved for me after over a month downtime
My node is offline I gotta wait for them to boot it up n migrate
I am kinda ok with chunk for a few reasons but overall yes, there are many things to fix, uptime is hit and miss in AMS, support is very slow and you have to constantly ping. This has been discussed many times, probably no need to create yet another chunk topic but well here we are.
mine went offline today, but it doesn't matter. not my prod vps but eh. why does this thread exist though chunk is a 1 man operation. oh well, nothing you can do

a "1 man operation" can garner some leeway from people it still doesnt excuse some issues lasting long periods of time.
also idk why we call it that when its not, ik wojiech handles the majority of work on the .com side but theres still atleast 2 other people that could help atleast on issues that are months old
Bought 2 VPS , both are down today - opened tickets, and waiting for 2 days/ Yeah - dissapointing

Let you know how? Tickets remain unresolved for weeks, the same with discord channel.
