  @onidel is one of the best in singapore. I use them and never had any issues. Layer.ae @rsk is also good, have used them in the past, never found anything to complain about. @kuroit has sg too, but I have not used them, will give them a try soon.... @DigitalFyre has sg too, I used them almost a year back, I dont remember exactly when, they were good too !!

  You can go to their looking glass and check network to myanmar, else you can provide a test ip.

  I have been using advin server for a while.
  it has been good so far.

  I tried onidel, it's pretty good.Now, they change payment gateway to paddle instead of stripe.I have a problem with paddle.I'm also familiar with layer.ae and kuroit.Both doesn't seem have floating ip.Layer is good but kuroit has some issue with my vps.Their sg ip is located hk and not too good routing to Myanmar.DigitalFyre is new one
