Their site seems to be back online and it says nothing but "Maintenance.", theyve been offline for a year or so after having their servers seized by the ukranian authorities. has anyone else heard of this?

may be they'll start serving. as they had said they're looking for locations out of Ukraine. So expect something in EU may be.

They've updated their site now. It lists sales, support, and NOC email addresses. The ASN also has some domains hosted on it already (mostly piracy).
So it looks like they're back in biz.

Well, they try to be, but they keep being shut down.
Seems to be hard to completely kill them though, I remember them being shut down as far back as 2015-2016 and obviously they are still around.
Yep they replied, they're taking orders and they're officially back in business, just without a full website yet and only accepting manual payments. If I can get them to reduce their price a little ($6.8/mo for 1c2g5g in Ukraine with 100 Mbps FUP bandwidth) for a long-term commitment, I'll buy from them.
