the ram isnt tied to the device no idea why they keep publishing ram figures. Its literally shared across the node. One bad character and they can pretty much eat all the ram. And CPU as well.

Are you sure your information is up to date? @PulsedMedia responded (quoted below) to your previous comment saying they are now limited per account/user.
Here is what I see on my box via terminal for CPU and RAM
They appear to be using systemd slices to limit per user CPU, RAM, and disk access priority.
