Unfortunately, my experience has been pretty disappointing.
I paid for a VPS yesterday via Stripe. The payment went through, I received the receipt, and the next billing date is already shown in my account. However, the VPS itself is still stuck in “Pending” and has not been activated.
The payment process also feels a bit strange: instead of paying directly for the service, the card payment basically adds funds to the account, and apparently the VPS still has to be processed separately.
I opened a support ticket a few hours after the payment, but so far there has been no reply and no action at all. These were normal working days, so the complete silence is quite disappointing.

you may need to wait a few days. I got mine after 1 day but its kinda weird there is no automation
