    could it be a network issue? I see 98mins downtime in 4 outages. But server say it's been up for 3.5 hours..

    Is it back up for you? My Namecrane Singapore DirectAdmin is online. My uptime kuma shows some brief downtime a few hours ago, but just like 5 mins.

    No, was related to Cloudlinux. Thankfully they released a fix for it a few days ago.

    technical side for other hosts that are curious

    Cloudlinux had this bug back in July/August where when a server would start up (and even just users getting created), they wouldn't get proper limits when "reseller limits" were being used. Users would be allocated 10% of a single CPU, and no RAM limit. They did an initial fix for this in July/August (CLOS-5716), but for whatever reason this node didn't update.

    When the node was rebooted earlier it basically ate itself alive trying to rate limit everyone to 10% CPU while trying to serve sites. I killed Litespeed in hopes of taking pressure off Cloudlinux while it was applying, but it didn't do too much. Only once I started checking updates did I notice it was on the busted update. 3AM debugging sucks ass :)

    They put out a beta update a couple days ago that greatly improved LVE apply all so it completes in literally a few seconds now instead of the "a few seconds per account, one at a time" that it was prior.

    I use there services but sorry, they are not reliable.
