DDPS.jp — Please Activate My VPS (Invoice #23493Already Paid)

Hello DDPS.jp team,

Could you please check and activate my VPS as soon as possible? I completed payment 2 days ago, but the server has still not been activated. I also submitted a support ticket and have not received any reply.

If any DDPS staff see this, I would really appreciate it if you could activate my server as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance.

  • can you try again now.

  • That’s just how DDPS is. They basically never respond to your support tickets, and the activation time is completely down to luck. Some people get their VPS activated within a day, while the longest case I’ve seen took an entire year and still wasn’t activated.

If you paid by credit card, you may even get charged the renewal fee next month. If you paid with PayPal and don’t want to keep waiting, just open a dispute and request a refund. There’s no need to feel guilty about it.

  • Lol whats with @ddps I am actually amazed to see people waiting for months to get their vps activated.... like what makes them so good that people are willing to wait even for a year??

And for some reason all people who opened thread regarding ddps are like super calm, no trash talking, just requesting for vps activation. I dont understand this part too.... lol people start making extra-ordinary requests even for a free service and here its complete opposite !!

I believe they have good latency and low packet loss to mainland China (for a low cost). It's the only reason.

From looking at their profile, seems like quite few are not being activated dating back to earlier this year, no support line you can email?

they don't do tickets, that was the reason I didn't renew, VPS run smoothly and stable

Okay that is downright absurd, providing no support except on LET? but yeah I guess you reap what you sow with budget plans.

they don't, premium bandwidth is expensive for the good Chinese route, ddps price wouldn't make sense. They actually have "clean" ip so when Chinese use their servers as the last hop of VPN there is less chance that they are identified as threats, most JP streaming services are not blocking ddps IPs either.
