Strictly speaking it would, but he's explained here (and in another thread) that it only really applies to his India location. However mostly all went out of stock, hence we removed coupon and also informed about it so i dont get blamed for it.

Dude, I bought an Intel wala Indian server and it runs awesome.
I still have the old one from 15th Aug offer but after change of IP and node (after the attack), the performance is very poor that I am forceful to keep it idle.
Will it be possible to change ip and node?
Why dont you open ticket with yabs report ? we can look into it.
With our own hardware we can atleast give you guarantee about performance.

it looks like the VPS is already used some bandwidth from September 1 through 4.
I haven't logged into the ssh yet. I'm not sure if it's safe or I am allotted an already provisioned vps that is accessed by someone else

This is totally normal, you can get vps which was used and cancelled by others, so there maybe some uses showing, since its leaseweb vps we can't just reset those uses, few gb will not matter much and these uses will reset in 1st day of each month.

For this option, you can specify exactly which processor it is. The YAPS report is over a year old, and it would be helpful to know if it's still the same processor as listed or if it's a different one now.
