I’ve opened support ticket #TMTZHKEEH5HU5 regarding my VPS (Storage-2).
The server is currently shown as Stopped in the panel and cannot be started. Before that, the secondary storage disk /dev/vdb stopped responding completely, with multiple processes stuck in D-state on I/O.
Could someone please take a look at the ticket when possible? Thanks!

You're not alone with this issue. My Storage-2 VPS has been down for more than 48 hours. When I contacted support, I got a message a few hours later asking if the problem had magically fixed itself, but no actual diagnosis or action taken by DeluxHost to solve the issue.

Somewhat ironically, sent out a customer satisfaction survey on Discord the other day too - One of the questions was asking for permission to raise prices 20% lol

Storage VPSs are basically useless right now. IOPS is sub 50 on writes and right at 100 for reads. You can't really do anything at those speeds.

@DeluxHost is the stock final or there would be some updates? I have D-4 sitting in the cart and once I catch it available for a moment, but couldn't get it to the checkout fast enough. Was it a glitch or the servers becomes available from time to time?

I've bought a decent plan from here last week (Z-3). The service is UNUSABLE. CPU is always at 50 or 100 for no reason and even the simplest commands take forever to complete and system crashes every hour.

thats nothing new, its Deluxhost, every month sale and overprovisioning of those vms, you lucky if you get an singlecore geekbench score of 250, i cancled all my services, noth worth it, there are other hosts out there

Opened support ticket on Sep 3, they asked me to wait for the system to detect.
I wonder if anyone ever received their bonuses as advertised on this thread.

Purchased D-3 VPS, unable to use it normally since September 12.
Support ticket #TMTY3C2X3UIXA is still unresolved.
SSH works through VPN but times out during banner exchange without VPN.
I have provided diagnostics and requested an IP change.
I also have another DeluxHost VPS where everything works normally.
I am currently asking DeluxHost either to provide a working IP/VPS or refund the unused prepaid period.
