AxusHost Outage? All of My Servers Are Down

The situation has now become more serious because 4–5 of my servers are currently down, which is causing significant downtime and financial losses for my business.

I have already contacted AxusHost (@djunior) by email regarding the issue, but I have received no response for the past 3–4 days and purchased one more server from AxusHost (@djunior) on 4th August and paid for the service, but the server was not delivered.

I am therefore posting this on the forum in the hope that someone from AxusHost (@djunior) will see it, investigate the situation, and provide a clear update.

My Servers in Subnet:
* 193.37.44.0/24 (1 Server)
* 193.37.41.0/24 (3 Servers)

    I have heard the full story but do not want to comment on it not my issue nor involved but they should make an announcement and clarify things

    Not true, no assets are sold off :). We did resell servers for someone, who moved off our racks so we stopped the reselling. If you can share the “sold off assets”, please let me know, thanks!

    (We also stopped our Patron Provider on LET, as it isn’t profitable for us on LET, all deals we did here we will continue to deliver, but no new deals from our side anymore. No one will be kicked off.)

    Myself only on LET for shits and giggles but if i where a provider i wouldnt even bother about that clientel.

    My AxusHost server has been online forever. I must say it is the most stable server I've ever had.

    Yeah, I like AxusHost too, it work really well, but at August my VPS jumping up and down about a week or 10 days, BUT on the status page, they update reports every day about network issues, and it works for me, have no reason to disturb support or write here, if company knows about the problem and working on it. I switch my services to backup nodes and then, when the VPS is stabilized, I return it back.

    @DeluxHost Here is example how hosting should work, not refuse the problem, not try to convince all is fine and trying to make a good face on bad play. Just notice your clients about the problem and keep them in touch about solving, simple formula to get a loyal clients.

    Now this is the proper way to exit the low-end market, unlike the usual way that involves trying to kick off everyone who got good deals!

    As per the information I have

    They haven't paid bills with cogent
    They have unpaid bills with GTT which they called “maintenance”
    Bills with their datacenter are unpaid.
    They did 40% credit bonuses and didn’t refund credit to a lot of clients after closing their servers.

    Maybe they dead pool / sell assets soon ?

    I like(d?) my 5€ per year (the fuck I even have this from?) server. It's still online, it's still worky, but the comments are ehhhhhhhh.

    You delivered a server today, but it is showing 100% packet loss when pinging, so it is currently useless.

    Also, all the old servers are still down. What is your plan? Are you going to bring the servers back online or not?

    If you are not going to restore them, please provide backups of the servers. At the very least, please give me an exact estimated time for when the servers will be back online.

    Also, please provide an update and let me know what action is being taken and the expected resolution time.

    FWIW lots of people are complaining about downtime across all servers, but according to my zabbix, I don't seem to have any downtime in the last 3 months on my AMS server. Obviously that's just one anecdotal data point, but \/o\/

    My AMS running perfecto but agreed prob same dc, hopefully axushost all good they seem like good company

    Having 4–5 servers down for several days with no response is a difficult situation, especially when it’s already impacting your business.

    Axushost appears to be facing serious operational difficulties. The upstream provider reportedly added during the recent maintenance period is no longer available, raising further concerns about network stability. There are also industry reports alleging financial distress and outstanding obligations. If these developments are confirmed, the company may be approaching a critical point operationally.

    This is not AxusHost support, stick to there normal channels?
