Other info: Too much untuned DDoS protection, so sometimes the connection drops. First experience was that the VPS always showed 100% CPU usage even after reinstall. Asked support about it and also asked for a refund. they said it worked fine on their side with 0 issues, In the end I stopped asking. Max 17 Gbps can be achieved on the Micro plan, using multiple parallel connections. Currently using it as a Tor relay.

Hostup VPS Nano, €3.25/mo. Decent price but their use of AI everywhere does concern me a little bit. I don't know if I'll stick with them just because of that.
I needed port 25 and it was opened super easily, I only had to verify myself with BankID as I am Swedish, but annual billing is also one way to get it opened, otherwise they have a free relay you can use.
Updated YABS, their support thinks this is acceptable CPU performance. Will cancel the service.

There is predefined packages but you can edit resources and make it custom, like this:
@layer7 54€/yr LET 5 TB promo VPS; they had a hardware failure (that could happen to anyone), and they even gave customers multiple options (wait and keep the data on the VPS, get a full refund, or get a new VPS on AMD EPYC), plus an (IMHO) extremely generous compensation (2-week extension per day of downtime). And those servers (as per this comment) weren't even profitable before the extreme price hikes of RAM/SSDs/HDDs...
