  5TB for $100/y has been a tough ask for a few years now. The only ones that are really close are interserver and dedirock when they have deals, but I often find my scheduled borg backups randomly fail with both. Hosthatch are close to your target when they have their deals, but are probably going to be $130/y next time there are deals, I reckon. I don't think I've seen Serverica that low for a few years either.
