We are informing you of an upcoming change to SolusVM pricing.
Effective November 9, 2026, your current Unlimited Compute Resource rate will increase by 29.9%. This change applies to both SolusVM 1 and SolusVM 2.
Micro and Mini pricing remains unchanged.
This is our first pricing adjustment for SolusVM in many years. During that time, we have continued to invest in and develop the platform, most recently with High Availability and automatic VM failover, now live and included for all customers.
The new pricing supports continued investment in SolusVM while maintaining a simple and competitive per-node licensing model.
What changes:
Unlimited: 29.9% increase to your current rate
Mini: no change
Micro: no change
Effective date: November 9, 2026
Billing model: no change. SolusVM licensing remains a simple, flat per-node model.
If you have an individually negotiated or discounted Unlimited rate, the 29.9% adjustment will be calculated from your current rate.The updated rate will apply in line with the applicable renewal terms for your account following the notice period. No action is required from you.

@EthernetServers When was the last increase?
This is the first time I can remember a price increase in the 10+ years of using it, or at least, for existing services.
So, it's reasonable amount. It's just bad timing during hw crisis.
DIY Solution
SolusVM is a WebPros brand, it's extraordinarily surprising they haven't milked SolusVM like the others yet. Expect more yearly price increase from now on, just like the other WebPros software (cPanel, WHMCS, etc.)
I think they have the simulated decency not to milk something that's underdeveloped, in an optimistic way of saying.
Good thing we built our own platform in-house, otherwise we’d be in serious trouble with costs like these. lol
it's super uncompetitive that lots of panels are controlled by a single company.
cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, SolusVM. This is a monopoly and they hold providers by the balls.
It just means other panels may follow. Virtfusion/etc might take the chance to move up. Virtfusion is probably a bigger company/product than Solus, but not in most peoples minds.
