ServHidden - Deposits confirmed on-chain but never credited + support locked (SCAM)

I want to report a serious issue with ServHidden (servhidden.com).
I made two USDT (ERC-20) deposits to top up my account balance:
First deposit: $100 (Order related to transaction #1286 / Pedido #181179)
Second deposit: $30 (Order #488771 / transaction #1287)
Both transactions are fully confirmed on the Ethereum blockchain and the funds arrived at the addresses provided by ServHidden. I have verified this on Etherscan.
However:
Neither deposit was credited to my account.
The system shows error messages (“transaction could not be completed”, “USDT network disruptions”, etc.).
Support is completely locked. The contact form shows:
“Reserved for active customers. Your account has no active service yet. Deploy a server and the form unlocks immediately.”
This creates a clear catch-22: they don’t credit the payments, and without a credited payment/active service you cannot contact support.
I have not made any further deposits and will not send more funds.
Has anyone else experienced the same problem with ServHidden recently (deposits arriving on-chain but never credited + support locked)?
I’m sharing this so others can be aware before sending money.

Wow, I'm sorry I didn't stop by here sooner to look into this. Do you guys recommend any VPS services that accept crypto payments and don't require you to give your blood type?
Many (maybe even most) services here don't require KYC and accept crypto.
What kind of specs are you looking for?
They change domains/buy new ones pretty often unfortunately. This one was created right after the previous thread.
If I can give you some advice, don't send money to a service whose domain is barely a week old:
I don't need a very powerful computer—just 4 GB of RAM, preferably running Windows because it's easier for what I want to use it for—and above all, I want it to be reliable and stay online without any service interruptions.
And what about your budget and monthly traffic requirements?
I don't know much about Windows hosting sadly.
