  First server completely died: confirmed. less than 3 hours after posting here.

  The system is not booting because there is no bootable device available, even
  though both drives are still detected in the BIOS.
  This is likely the same drive that was showing errors during tests a few days
  ago - the one we had planned to replace as soon as you completed the backup to
  the other test server.
  Unfortunately, it now appears to have failed completely, and a replacement
  will be necessary.

  Before we proceed, could you please confirm whether you managed to create a
  backup on the new server, as previously discussed?

  Let us know so we can determine the best next steps.

  Yeah, it is clean. Is it just after a boot? You need to capture it right after the drive fails
