The budget is too low even for OVH. At least @ItzVortex, u need to increase the budget to over $100 a month. Cuz your requirements are like 512 GB to 1 TB NVMe SSD, higher RAM, and a modern CPU with 1Gbps
Currenty OVH has
KS-GAME i7-7K for 50$
SYS-GAME-2 AMD Ryzen 7 3800X for 67$
but all capped at 500Mbps
I believe last week they had NVMe drives available so I guess it depends on their current stock. It's an Outlet line at the end of the day. May be worth checking in a few days, or asking them directly.

I should clarify I’m not after brand-new hardware or current-gen EPYC/Ryzen setups, just older clearance metal like a Ryzen 5 3600 or an 8th-gen i7.
I can bump the budget to around €50–€55/mo to make it realistic. I'm also flexible on storage—even 256GB–300GB NVMe/SSD and 32GB RAM is plenty for my use case.
If any host has an older box like that sitting idle in Western EU, feel free to drop an offer or DM!

The latency is quite a bit worse compared to OVH Limburg as example, but still acceptable I believe.
If you have better recommendation closer to UK at this budget, feel free to suggest
multiple folia instances.
i don't mind Poland! I know my budget is probaly the bare minimum for this kind of server but I'm sure it's possible.

If you dont have an issue with Poland, go with @oloke recommendation. At this price point, a 1 Gbps uplink with dedicated resources and these specs is pretty hard to find. Cuz unlike VPSs, the provider has to give you the whole resource, so it’s not as profitable for them. That’s why the pricing is higher, and the resources are basically shared with only one customer.
And these days, cuz of the AI boom, it’s getting even harder.

the ram pricing is defiently questionable, at that range you can get better, One Provider has some good stuff, still researching.
