That's strange, I did it again and now it works. But I did it a third time and now it doesn't.
@HostDZire I remember a while ago you said you'd change the ToS to allow Tor non-exit relays in your non-India locations. Can I confirm that I'll be allowed to run a Tor middle (non-exit) in Singapore?

For now still we have clear rule which says no TOR relay allowed.

Yes for singapore, you can already use for middle node, currently TOS says against it but i will modify it.

Edit: Never mind, it's allowing me to use email-based 2FA, which is fine.

I had a look at the Singapore VPS and was very tempted but my @onidel SGP reference VPS has even better connectivity (which means: kudos to @HostDZire / Leaseweb, because when your connectivity is almost as fast as Onidel that means something!).

Is it possible to switch billing cycle to triennial on a new order with annual billing?
What do you mean? It already has a triennial, or do you mean you want to buy now with an annual plan and then convert it to a triennial plan after testing? If you would want a upgrade within a few days, then sure, we can do that.
Already bought one, paid annually.

So, does this support buying a one-year term first as a trial, and then changing to a three-year term when renewal approaches next year?
No. It does not work like that. Usually a provider makes offers at start to make financial plans for the future and gain stable customers on long term plans. The more you buy, the cheaper it gets when calculated per year. It is like buying a large cup coffee, with double the quantity of a regular cup but not double in price, so the seller does not work twice.
In this case however the provider replied earlier: "If you would want a upgrade within a few days, then sure, we can do that." This means the provider can manually generate an invoice with price difference on offer for 3 years, if you wish to test for a few days before deciding to switch to triennial billing — but this does not mean you can renew next year with triennial offer, only in the next couple of days you can renew on triennial offer. This allows you to test and decide.
Please keep in mind that usually members here don't quite approach it this way. Instead we rely on reviews and benchmarks; or simply order just one month to test, then grab the triennial offer and cancel the monthly service, without wasting time and bothering ourselves and their support with tickets and manual invoices. And let's not forget: many offers are limited in quantity and time, meaning they might sell fast by the time a picky customer decides.
