I'm inquiring on a Storage Server where our needs are as follows.
At least 32gb DDR4 RAM
At least 8 Cores, 16 Threads
OS Drives: 2 x 240GB SSD in Software RAID 1(by Ubuntu on setup)
Data Drives: 12 x 18TB Drives (216TB min Raw Storage) or more
150TB Bandwidth
10G Port
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

I don't think that'll happen for $200, and you tried this before with 128TB and didn't succeed.
less than $1/TB is a hard sell captain.
Have you thought about Colo and running your own equipment? Would be cheaper in the long run if need high storage.

I'm paying 225 euro monthly for a dual 2680v4 128g ram 2x8tb nvme 16x20tb sas hdds 20G 500T Out. Upfront cost was 3000 euro includes 6 months service then reverts to 225 eur monthly in AMS NL, so I'm sure it can be done in U.S. where electricity is cheaper. Not 200 usd more like 250-300 usd tho. If you can do upfront payment/long term commitment hit up some providers directly. You may need to raise your budget to 250-300USD with a 1 year upfront payment I reckon.

People always wildin on here like requests are totally unreasonable
$200/m is hard asf, but there are providers out there in particular situations with a machine of this nature for such price, such as OVH ^ mentioned above.
I've got one hell of a 160TB dedi, monthly less than $0.70/TB
I currently have multiple servers with 150TB+ of Raw storage and 100TB@10G across the US already for just under $200 with quarterly payments, so my ask isn't far fetched. I'm happy with quarterly or even 6 month payment cycles.
The most I'm willing to go is $300 a month given the increase in HDD costs compared to 2 years ago.
When did you get those servers? Pricing for servers has skyrocketed in the last 1 - 2 years. $200 per month isn’t bad for that.
