Hello from a software developer and self-hosting enthusiast
Hi everyone,
I'm a software developer and open-source enthusiast. I've been working with VPS hosting, Linux servers, self-hosting, networking, and deployment automation for quite a while, and finally decided to join LowEndTalk.
Most of my recent interests are around:
- Linux VPS and lightweight infrastructure
- Docker and systemd deployments
- IPv6, NAT VPS, networking and regional connectivity
- CI/CD and infrastructure automation
- Self-hosted services
- Open-source developer tools and AI infrastructure
I maintain and contribute to several open-source projects, and I also run services across different VPS providers, so I'm especially interested in learning more about provider reliability, interesting infrastructure setups, networking, and good value servers in different regions.
I've already found quite a few useful discussions here while browsing, and I hope I can learn from the community and also share some of my own experience when it's useful.
