The issue remains in the price and the hardware you want.
Most of providers even those who ignored dmca. it won't be cheap..
Many costs not only in abuse emails, but also invalid reports, fake, mass abuse emails.. IP being constantly reported.
You need to assume and understand the risks. Plus DDoS Attacks and complaints to upstreams and more..
