  @Pjottertjah ( For Student Discounts ), @NolimitHost ( ipv6 only ), @oloke. if ur a student, explain your use case and what u need. i dont think you need a specific location as a student ( beginner) , just try things out. for this, @Fourplex and @Dedirock are good. Specially since ur a student try dedirock ( 0.9$ a month )

  Memory: 4 GB
  Disk total space: 80.0 GB
  Price: 2 EUR

  so i'm searching for better then this for similar prices and packages.
