    One of my VPS down: us-tpa01-89205420/ins::5h19w2qogl, tried reaching via ticket, it takes 24 hours for a reply.

    At the moment yes, 1 slot = 1 dedicated IPV4

    VPS down for over 40hrs, ticket open for over 30hrs. Now going into the weekend, I hope I don't need to wait till Monday.

    not sure if i'm only one that remember's these "Resource Pools" from all the dog summer host providers many years ago. But when I see this I think deadpool now ngl.

    @Hassan I submitted a support ticket two days ago and have yet to receive any response. I cannot SSH and VNC into my server, and attempts to reinstall the operating system through the backend keep failing. Hoping staff can look into this issue as soon as possible.

    Well maybe should of worded better, that was my previous experience of "resource pools" I meant it's nice to see a legit version of this that won't be a typical summer deadpool as I feel they ruined the reputation of the style of package
