  Customers in the Los Angeles and Southwestern United States areas may be experiencing increased latency and/or service disruptions due to two separate fiber cuts. Transoceanic traffic to certain Asia-Pacific regions may also be affected. Cogent Engineers and our third-party fiber vendor are on-site working to assist with restoration efforts. There is no ETR at this time. The master case is NA306633403.

  sorry, i didnt read anything because i was in a hurry. one of the platforms i'm running has a payment and ordering issue, so i posted this in a hurry. but its not only LA. i tried from india, singapore, my country, and the Canada too, and got the same issue.
