Looking for VPS
I'm looking for something like 4 vCPU, 6-8 RAM, 100gb SSD, 250mbit+ connection.
I don't know how much bandwidth I want, but my rough guess is around 30TB/month at maximum
I have annual hostdzire offer with described spec for 30$ annually.
Is there any options like that? I guess I'm ok with some difference in price
I'm currently thinking about netcup vServer (or maybe even grab something from OneProvider), but not sure of maybe I'm missing something.

You're going to need to be OK with a lot more than just "some difference in price" to get those specs. $30 annually will typically get you something like 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 10 GB SSD, and a few TB/month at 100 Mbps on average. A bit better if you deal hunt. Whatever you have from HostDZire must be a really good promo. It's not the typical price for such specs.
What location are you looking for?
you can get 3 GB DDR5 RAM, 1 vCore, 40 GB NVMe SSD, and 4 TB bandwidth from @DediRock for $34.88 USD, or 4096 MB RAM, 35 GB NVMe RAID-10 storage, and 2 EPYC Rome cores from GreenCloud for $25.

That specs is Leaseweb reseller package, so OP only option is getting another Leaseweb VPS
It was USA something-something promo
EU preferred, but not necessary. Doesn't want Australia or SEA I think
Leaseweb is B2B only so that'll be hard without finding some reseller who doesn't mark up the price.
Aka just get another from @HostDZire, surely he will have some deal for people with yearly payment
It's not? Hostdzire use their not-KVM thing.
When
hostingby.designuse KVM, so it's not just a simple re-sellAnd even speaking of
so OP only option is getting another Leaseweb VPS. Not like Leaseweb loosing money on their stuff? I guess it's possible that other providers offer something simillar, not only leaseweb resellersI dont know what you mean "not-KVM", they reseller Leaseweb package, along with colocation. That two different thing.
Leaseseb are B2B, they cut alot of costand balance oversild resources, that why it cheap.
Just do simple calculate, 30$/12 is equal 2.5$/m. Normal provider take huge loss with that cost.
You should expect double or triple your budget for other provider
I checked
They use
VMware ESXihypervisors, and Intel processorsWhen, in example, hostingby.design use AMD CPUs and KVM
What do you mean ?
All the Leaseweb VPS we sell is directly from LSW, And leaseweb is using KVM with cloudstack, and we use their API to display management panel to our users.
We do have some own infra plans, but that will have some spec changes, not exactly like leaseweb ones. like LSW vps plan #1 has 4vCore 6GB RAM
We dont sell exact same plan in our own infra, we do like 4vCore 8GB RAM or other config.
Just to keep leaseweb vps plans separate.
HostingByDesign started selling vps very recently. but we started 2 years ago when Leaseweb launched Singapore VPS with 30TB BW.
And our price were low because at that time leaseweb price was not increased. and we might have lots of old stock, due to which we offered some promo plans yesterday.
I will post some for you.

But ye my point still stand as 30$/y only get you 1/2-1/3 of specs you asking.
Oh God!
Well not all information is correct.
We have both AMD and Intel in our Own infra, we posted multiple offers here in LET with both CPU. Mostly our Intel CPU is Intel 8269CY and AMD is EPYC 7K62
Leaseweb vps uses AMD EPYC 7002/7003 in their VPS mostly 7002 so no matter who sells their vps, they will have exact same CPU. Hence since hostingbydesign sells their vps as well like us, so their vps plans will have AMD CPU like leaseweb and kvm virtualization, ours are also same in case of leaseweb vps. as i have said in old reply, leaseweb uses KVM in their vps plans with CloudStack.
We use Vmware in our own infra that is correct, including India and Netherlands, but in our own infra we clearly state details about it, dont get confused between our own vps and leaseweb vps.
Hello @itzsenu thank you very much for the mention
