Besides, those who fall for them are often the very people actively seeking out such providers in the first place, for whatever reasons they may have.

Or people who live in oppressive countries and want to host something their government may disapprove of.
Lovely, and they can even be your domain registrar.
Why is QloudHost advertising themself as an alternative to NoBanHost and claim: "NoBanHost has carved out a name for itself in this space..." less than a month after nobanhost.com was registered?
