Cheap colocation in Europe

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for recommendations for affordable colocation for a 1U server based on a Ryzen 9 5950X with 128GB.
The server is already assembled and ready to be colocated. I'm mainly looking for something in Germany or nearby EU countries.
My requirements are roughly:
1U colocation
Ryzen 9 5950X
Ideally 1 Gbps or more connectivity
Reasonable monthly power allowance / pricing
IPv4 addresses available
DDoS protection would be a plus
Remote hands / IPMI would be appreciated
Budget: ideally around €30–65/month , depending on power and bandwidth
I'm open to different locations if the pricing and network are good.
If you have experience with a provider that offers cheap and reliable colocation, I'd really appreciate any recommendations or personal experiences.

In that budget we need your entire system to calculate it down to the Watt, and the required bandwidth.
EDIT: 105+40 RAM+50 SYS/SSD=200W/0.8A max use and id average it down to 0.5A.
Hard fit in EU West, doable in East, but not unmetered.
