I’m looking for hosting services located within the EU territory. Both dedicated servers and high‑end KVM VPS are acceptable.
Hard requirements:
- Port speed: 10Gbps port (Shared port is acceptable.)
- Storage: ≥10TB usable space (HDD is fine for storage‑focused workload)
- CPU: ≥4 physical cores
- RAM: 32GB minimum
- Monthly traffic: Minimum 200TB outbound per month OR unmetered bandwidth (please state over‑limit policy clearly)
- Copyright policy: relatively lenient handling of copyright / DMCA‑style complaints; prefer providers that only act on valid court orders instead of immediate takedown upon simple notification.
- Monthly budget: around $100 USD per month
