How long does ColoCrossing support usually take to respond?
Just bought a VPS from ColoCrossing and I'm unable to SSH into it. I just submitted a support ticket about the issue.
How long does CCS usually take to respond to and resolve support tickets? This is my first time dealing with their support, so I'm just wondering what the usual response time is.

From 1 minute to 100 years
Depends on the person it seems. Initial response from one of their techs is usually super quick, within a few minutes, but I also had a ticket open for 2 weeks asking for a switch port change from 100Mbps to 1000Mbps on an old server from a company they bought. So who knows.
