Great, will move forward on this in a few minutes.
Thank you @bbmmsvr4u
Sure!
let me know if you need any help with any thing
Fairly painless!
adding ns1 & 2 prefix threw me as a requirement. But eventually there was a notification let me know to put something there for them.
Order Number : 5936818076 -- 2x RAM would be wonderful
Hi Smokey,
Got it!
yeah apparently the prefix portion I need to remove from the ordering page.. haha
Thanks for the info and doubled ram for you

I've ran a few bench runs so wanted to add here as DP for interested visitors. Considering the server location is close to being on the opposite side of the planet, I'm happy with the CLI response and feel I've made an excellent VPS addition to my network.
I also really like the exposure of the proxmox firewall which SVR4U's custom control panel Orbit provides and the default lockdown of the delivered VPS -- most comforting when unable to tend to the VPS at its' birth.

Thanks for the benchmark Smokey!

Website is down!
Thanks for posting!
we're doing some tuning on the backend of the site and maintenance on the site. as we just recently moved away from a host to in-house. VPS services are unaffected
Cheers!

Hi, does this offer include a recurring discount, or is it regular price on renewal?
Hi, these offers includes recurring discount. However, we still reserves the rights to adjust in the near future though.
Thanks!
@bbmmsvr4u server having issues? my vps is down.
Dear All,
We sincerely apologise for the service disruption currently affecting our network and related services.
We are experiencing an issue involving our upstream connectivity, and our team is actively working to restore services as quickly as possible. This outage may also affect access to our support portal and other related systems.
Please be assured that we are already working on the issue with the highest priority. We will provide further updates as soon as connectivity has been restored or when we have additional information to share.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thank you.
SERVEFORU HOST INTEGRATED (SVR4U)
Update : Access to VPS is being restored now, there might be a slight higher latency, as we are routing it through another upstream for time being.
Update #2 : The access to VPS has been restored as we have routed it through another upstream. Please do check it out. Thank you! Billing status will be updated shortly. We apologise for the inconvenience
network still not stable since day 1,many downtime, atleast it improving since day 1
long way to go to compete with other provider
Thank you for the honest feedback, and I completely understand where you're coming from.
We acknowledge that the network has had stability issues since the beginning, and there have been more interruptions than what we would consider acceptable. We’ve been continuously working on the routing, upstream connectivity, and overall network design, and I’m glad that you’ve noticed improvements compared to day one.
There is definitely still a long way for us to go, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. Our goal is to keep improving the network step by step until the stability and performance are on par with, or better than, other established providers.
If possible, could you also let us know when the most recent downtime happened on your side, roughly what time it occurred and how long it lasted? We’d like to investigate it further and correlate it with our network logs so we can better understand what happened and identify anything that still needs to be addressed.
As a small update from our side, we recently completed an upgrade to a 10G upstream connection. Following the upgrade, we were also migrated to a different upstream unit/router.
We’re currently working closely with our upstream provider to investigate some remaining issues. From the initial checks, there appear to be some stale routing entries on the upstream side, which may have contributed to some of the instability being observed. We’re continuing to work with them to get this properly resolved.
Thank you again for sticking with us and for continuing to share your feedback. Feedback like this helps us identify the areas that still need improvement.
IPv6 broken since around 2:30 PM UTC today, with a shorter IPv6 outage and some packet loss before that.

Dear Starnberg,
We have temporarily routed VPS connectivity through another upstream while we work with our primary upstream to resolve the issue following the recent port upgrade.
IPv6 is temporarily unavailable during this period, but we are actively working with our upstream to restore it as soon as possible.
We will provide an update via email once everything is fully restored and operating normally.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Today ~1200 utc my ip4 ssh session dropped. Some minutes later I was able to regain connection.
Prior to that all had been quite smooth. Since then while attempting to backup to a remote
I've been plagued with disconnects/broken pipe varying within whatever time window I choose via sshd config for timeouts.
Although my direct ssh session is ip4 only, and seems functional, my server I suppose is suffering largely from the reported ip6 issue(s).
..also noticed the srv4u website is unreachable.
I wish you luck sorting out the snake pit!
Thank you for the detailed report, and we sincerely apologise for the disruption.
The issues you experienced around 12:00 UTC, including the SSH disconnects, packet instability, IPv6 problems, and temporary website unavailability, were related to the upstream issue we have been working through.
The good news is that our upstream has just resolved the underlying issue, and services should be returning to normal very shortly. We are currently bringing everything back up and verifying connectivity, including IPv6 and our website/services.
Thank you for your patience, and also for the detailed timing and symptoms — it genuinely helps us correlate what happened on our side.
We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
Dear All,
The upstream has resolved the issue. IPv4 and IPv6 is working now together with our billing and main site.
Thank you and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Order number: 6747023867
Memory upgrade please.
Thanks!
I almost don't dare say it, but IPv6 worked fine from about 18:34 UTC until about 19:01 UTC, when packet loss from some peers slowly started increasing again, until it's now showing issues pretty much for all my peers...
Thank you!
i've just updated it.
Dear Starnberg,
Apparently there is something that's causing it, but no worries we're looking into it! Thanks for bringing this up to our attention.
Thanks for looking into this! Might be application specific. If it doesn't improve in a few hours, I'll raise a ticket to allow for more focused discussion.
Dear Starnberg,
My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, no worries we're getting right to it now. And yes sure! opening a support ticket would be great if problem still persists. But I will update you via DM later on the status.
Thanks!
Dear Sir,
As discussed separately, the issue has now been resolved.
Thanks for your support in this matter!
you can void all future increased on my plan, add extra 5% to rest
Hahaha, nice try 😂
At this rate, if I add another 5% every time you negotiate, soon I’ll be paying you to host the VPS 🤣
Joke aside :P most of the clause is just to protect ourself haha but overall we do not really increase the prices for agreed recurring products (unless we have no choice >.<).
Dear Starnberg,
Thank you so much!
