Budget? Preferred location? Is mass-mailing required or is it purely a low-volume personal email?

    Hello,

Mailbig is designed specifically for this purpose, and there is currently an ongoing promotional offer that allows you to host 20 mailboxes for only $4.5 per year.

Just don’t do mail yourself. its such a hustle to keep that working.

I have the eu and us option from namecrane @Francisco
Works without issues. Web interface, spam-manager, etc pp.
Of course - not compatible either spamming etc.

My budget is roughly $10 per year, and I'd prefer to be located in Europe/America.

I intend to use this for personal purposes. I won't be sending group messages frequently; I might have occasional needs, but most of the time it will be for my own use.

Assuming you want a VPS (and not just managed mail hosting), $10/year won't even cover the cost of renting a single IPv4. Anything that you can get for that price will have IPs with garbage deliverability.

Thank you. I'll look into it; maintaining it myself is indeed quite troublesome.

Yes, that's why I'm torn, and self-hosting is also a hassle. So I'm planning to just buy an email service.

Do you want a virtual server to actually install and manage the software yourself, or just a slice of hosting for your domain so you can create custom email addresses?

if you really need a vps, go with @DediRock. if you need managed hosting, go with @NameBig. both are good options.

dedirock also allows mail on their $8 to $10 yearly promotions, if your use case is okay.

    I'm a big fan of @namebig.
Their mailbig email service is awesome, and their support is insanely fast, they replied to my tickets in less than 5 minutes..
Their IPs have great deliverability and aren't blacklisted..

    They've got two plans:
the first gives 5GB per email for up to 15 email accounts, and the second gives 15GB total shared across 15 email accounts..

My only complaint is that the 15GB total plan should have unlimited email accounts..
At the end of the day, the storage is still capped at 15GB, so why limit it to only 15 email addresses?

I wouldn't mind paying $10 or even $12 a year for unlimited email accounts with 20GB or more of storage..

I have around 53 official email accounts, and I'd rather keep them all in one place instead of spreading them across multiple accounts..

The total storage they use is actually less than 400MB..
They're just regular business emails, no spam or suspicious messages..
Across all my emails and websites, I don't get more than around 30 emails a day in total..

We're email-friendly provider, we will email you every hour that port 25 is blocked so no emails from your vps. Does that work?

Most webhosting provider here uses upstream mailbaby or mailchannels so deliverability shouldn't be an issue, unless you deliberately send mass spam. @NameBig is awesome for the dirt cheap $5/year something promo they're doing currently. Only cons is the upstream mailbaby, it leaked ip address in the mail header.
