Unmetered isn't realistic, what is your actual bandwidth needs?
It's a new project so hard to say, but 2-5TB would be enough. I just went with 1gbps because it seemed common enough that it'd be nice to have the extra margin and not need to think about bandwidth quota.
Racknerd has a deal for $59.99 per year similar to your specs with a 7 TB Monthly Transfer limit, but the closest locations are in Los Angeles, California and San Jose, California.
Really need Seattle or close by like Oregon, unfortunately.
OVH VPS Localzone in Seattle or their Hillsboro, Oregon location.
Only problem is that its $100 USD/yr, you need the VPS-2 plan to get 1gbit unmetered.
RackNerd lists a Seattle datacenter, but I think they don't have any stock there. They might have some in the future.
Do you know if OVH requires a photo of gov ID to use their US service? I'm not doing that.
They may ask for KYC, if they become suspicious of something but it depends on their risk analysis.
If Los Angeles was somehow close enough for you, I would highly recommend ARPNetworks. They are very FreeBSD friendly.
But regardless, Crunchbits in Spokane is probably a great option.
