I figure the storage VPSes have slow cpu's, but how slow are they?

I've got some storage VPSes with GB 6 scores of around 500 that are painful to use.

storage servers always have low specs ( most of the time ) ? check using lscpu | grep "Model name"

Yeah, I know they're generally slow (but not always... GreenCloud's are fast). I haven't purchased the one listed here yet, so I can't run that command. That's why I was asking (for either a yabs or at least the CPU model name).

Same. I only use the ServaRICA BF 2025 Hybrid. It’s full now, so I’m looking for something with similar specs or speed.
