  Yes, it depends on the payment method. E.g. PayPal automatically converts it and if you pay with crypto, its also automatically converted to the coin you're paying with.

  The Traffic limit is fixed at 30TB, as mentioned in this offer, therefore the Fair-Use Traffic policy does not apply.

  Works just fine as storage for me. Mine is mounted to various machines that have plenty of ram. The op said he didn't care about ram or cpu, so...
