Appreciate the extra storage upgrade, cheers!
Btw, is a snapshot the same as a backup? Right now I only get one snapshot, is there any way to back up all the apps I have?

Snapshots back up each individual app. Your subscription includes one snapshot, which you can use for any app in that subscription. You can create or manage it from each app’s Snapshots tab.
Snapshots are stored off-site, and you can restore or download them anytime.

What happens if my docker compose contains a wireguard endpoint?

A Docker Compose with a wireguard endpoint would be declined during the BYO app testing. I'm assuming that's what you're talking about

wireguard requires capabilities like net_admin and direct host network access to function, things we cannot safely provide to customer containers. During the inspection boot, the container fails to start due to missing capabilities, and the system detects that as a sign the app needs host access. The pre-deploy system recognizes the capability requirement and refuses it outright.

What differ to get outline org?

ah that's too bad, was hoping $10/yr again. for $20/yr i'll stick to an actual vps.

The $20/year plan works out to $1.67/month for 2 GB RAM, 15 GB storage, 1 TB transfer, and managed app hosting.

We are not trying to compete with VPS providers on raw specs or price. You can absolutely find a VPS with more resources for the money or even cheaper but that also means managing the server, operating system, Docker, updates, domains, SSL, and each application yourself.

We are built for the convenience side a maintained app catalog, managed databases, SFTP, Cloudflare integration, custom domains, snapshots, and one place to run everything. Maintaining and supporting that catalog and licensing commercial apps where required has real ongoing costs.

Again convenience, security, and time savings is truly what you're buying.

We also keep a close eye on node capacity. Our fleet is currently averaging roughly 35% CPU utilization, and most Cloud Apps are relatively light workloads. That leaves headroom and helps avoid the noisy neighbor CPU contention common on heavily oversold VPS platforms. APP typically perform better with us.

Keep being nice :) Your product is good.
Many products/services out there stay strong because of their good support, while many others have gone downhill because of their bad responses and attitudes.
