  Following up on two vCPU upgrade requests from August 17, neither has been applied yet (it's been over a week):

  Order #8319468246 (Invoice 198785) — "Comfortable Success" (194.62.249.31) — still shows 1 Core, expected 2
  Order #3911817785 (Invoice 198999) — "Accurate Gain" (194.62.249.23) — still shows 1 Core, expected 2

  Could you please check and apply the double vCPU upgrade on both? Thanks!
